Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in food service environment
- preferred 1-2 years experience in retail or customer service environment
- OSHA ServSafe certification preferred
- leadership experience preferred
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, squat, push, pull, and stand for majority of workday
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- ability to train, coach, and lead positively
- strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- knowledge of food service industry trends and dietary terminology
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- ability to use Falcon hand-held scanner
- leadership experience preferred

- strong emphasis on food production and efficiency
Job Duties
- Communicates vision, standard operating procedures, merchandising guidelines, and financial goals to team members
- participates in interviewing, coaching, training, and developing team members
- supervises and participates in the production of in-house prepared foods and presentation of quality pre-made items
- ensures high standards of quality control
- manages ordering and receiving deliveries, scheduling, sales and shrink reports, email correspondence, and monthly inventory
- develops and maintains attractive sales floor merchandising
- maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of department and equipment
