Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
- Ability to lift up to approximately 40 pounds including cases and bags of produce plus protein
- Tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
- Visual and auditory observation skills to maintain attention to detail and environmental awareness
- Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings with food safety knowledge
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
- Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
- Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and electrical tools
- Conduct tactile quality checks and fine motor skill assessments
- Communicate with team members for coordination, coaching, and incident documentation
- Oversee performance to ensure operational quality and adherence to standards
- Maintain a consistent physical presence and active floor leadership
- Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
- Perform all essential functions and meet minimum requirements of the Team Member role
