Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • be able to lift cases or bags up to 40 pounds
  • possess tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
  • maintain visual and auditory attention to detail during operations
  • be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • be 18 years of age or older
  • be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients is preferred
  • ServSafe or Food Handler certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency while ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively including ovens and hot or electrical tools, managing cooking times
  • conduct tactile quality assessments requiring fine motor skills and sensitivity
  • engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination, coaching, and documentation
  • observe and assess performance to ensure operational quality and adherence to standards
  • maintain consistent physical presence on the floor, engaging in hands-on tasks and staying visible
  • organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • perform all essential Team Member duties and meet outlined role requirements
