Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift and handle items up to approximately 40 lbs
  • Tactile sensitivity for quality assessment
  • Visual and auditory observation skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in kitchen or restaurant settings, especially high-volume environments
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct tactile quality assessments
  • Communicate with team members for coordination and coaching
  • Observe and assess performance to ensure adherence to standards
  • Maintain active floor presence and engage in hands-on tasks
  • Organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential functions of the Team Member role
