Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Able to lift and handle cases or bags of produce and protein up to approximately 40 pounds
  • Tactile sensitivity to use touch for quality assessment and detail-oriented tasks
  • Strong visual and auditory observation skills to maintain attention to detail and environmental awareness during operations

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings with food safety knowledge
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail with commitment to quality
  • Effective communicator and team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with kitchen management tools, inventory systems, and local or sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency while ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and other hot or electrical tools
  • Conduct quality assessments requiring fine motor skills and tactile sensitivity
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination, coaching, and incident documentation
  • Observe and assess performance to ensure operational quality and adherence to standards
  • Maintain consistent physical presence, perform hands-on tasks, stay visible in the workspace
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential functions and meet minimum requirements outlined in the Team Member role
