Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen operations or food service leadership preferred
- Ability to work the assigned shifts, including late hours Thursday through Sunday
- Capacity to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Qualifications
- Leadership skills with experience fostering team cooperation
- Knowledge of kitchen operations preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to Factor programs and procedural changes
Job Duties
- Coach all kitchen employees to follow policies and procedures
- Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining security and upkeep of kitchen, including equipment, food, and supply inventories
- Occasionally communicate with other departments, such as Quality or Production, to collaborate and solve problems
- Assist the Sous Chef with ensuring the kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes
- Report all kitchen issues to an immediate supervisor
