Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in kitchen operations or food service leadership preferred
  • Ability to work the assigned shifts, including late hours Thursday through Sunday
  • Capacity to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership skills with experience fostering team cooperation
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to Factor programs and procedural changes

Job Duties

  • Coach all kitchen employees to follow policies and procedures
  • Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining security and upkeep of kitchen, including equipment, food, and supply inventories
  • Occasionally communicate with other departments, such as Quality or Production, to collaborate and solve problems
  • Assist the Sous Chef with ensuring the kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes
  • Report all kitchen issues to an immediate supervisor
