Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Tactile sensitivity for quality assessment
  • Visual and auditory observation skills
  • Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • Food safety knowledge
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification a plus
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct quality assessments requiring fine motor skills and tactile sensitivity
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination and coaching
  • Observe and assess performance to ensure operational quality
  • Maintain a consistent physical presence and engage in hands-on tasks
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential functions and meet the minimum requirements of the Team Member role
