Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
- Ability to lift cases or bags of produce and protein up to 40 lbs
- Tactile sensitivity to assess food quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
- Visual and auditory observation skills for environmental awareness
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen or restaurant settings with food safety knowledge
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
- Knowledge of local and sustainable ingredients preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
- Measure, cut, organize, and maintain product standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct quality assessments using tactile sensitivity
- Communicate with team members for coordination and coaching
- Oversee staff performance and adherence to standards
- Maintain active physical presence and engage in hands-on tasks
- Organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
- Perform essential Team Member duties as needed
