Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • lifting up to 40 lbs
  • tactile sensitivity to assess quality
  • visual and auditory awareness during operations
  • availability to work minimum 30 hours per week
  • age 18 or older
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • knowledge of food safety and handling
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • knowledge of local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • conduct quality assessments requiring tactile sensitivity
  • communicate effectively with team members for coordination and coaching
  • observe and assess team performance to maintain standards
  • maintain a consistent physical presence and engage in hands-on tasks
  • organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • perform all essential functions of the Team Member role
