Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
  • strong visual and auditory observation skills
  • availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
  • strong time management skills
  • excellent organizational abilities

  • effective communication skills
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, organize, and uphold product standards
  • operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • conduct fine motor skill and tactile quality checks
  • communicate effectively with team members for coordination and coaching
  • observe and assess performance ensuring adherence to standards
  • maintain a consistent physical presence and active floor leadership
  • organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • perform essential functions of the Team Member role
