Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
- strong visual and auditory observation skills
- availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States

- Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
- knowledge of food safety practices
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
- ensure smooth operations across all shifts
- measure, cut, organize, and uphold product standards
- operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
- conduct fine motor skill and tactile quality checks
- communicate effectively with team members for coordination and coaching
- observe and assess performance ensuring adherence to standards
- maintain a consistent physical presence and active floor leadership
- organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
- perform essential functions of the Team Member role
