Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Tactile sensitivity for quality assessments
  • Good visual and auditory observation skills
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen focusing on quality and consistency
  • Ensure smooth operations across shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and meet product standards
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct quality assessments using tactile sensitivity
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Observe and assess team performance
  • Maintain a consistent physical presence and hands-on leadership
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks
  • Execute team member duties as required
