Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
- lifting up to 40 lbs
- tactile sensitivity for quality assessments
- visual and auditory observation skills
- availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- must be 18 years or older
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings with food safety knowledge
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification a plus
- strong time management skills
- effective communication and team collaboration
- experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
- knowledge of local and sustainable ingredients preferred
- ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
- ensure smooth operations across all shifts
- measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- conduct tactile quality assessments
- engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination, coaching, and documentation
- observe and assess team performance
- maintain hands-on presence on the kitchen floor
- organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
- perform all essential functions and meet minimum requirements of Team Member role
