Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift up to approximately 40 pounds including cases and bags of produce and protein
  • Use tactile sensitivity to assess food quality and perform detail-oriented tasks
  • Maintain visual and auditory attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols such as Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Attention to detail with commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, and organize ingredients meeting product standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment including ovens and electrical tools safely
  • Conduct tactile quality checks requiring fine motor skills
  • Engage in verbal communication for team coordination and coaching
  • Observe and assess team performance and operational quality
  • Maintain physical presence and visibility in the kitchen
  • Organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • Execute essential duties as outlined in the Team Member role
