Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
- handle lifting cases or bags of produce and protein up to approximately 40 lbs
- tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detail-oriented tasks
- visual and auditory observation skills for maintaining attention to detail
- must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
- knowledge of food safety and handling
- strong time management skills
- excellent organizational abilities
- attention to detail
- effective communication and team collaboration skills
- experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
- familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
- ensure smooth operations across all shifts
- measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- conduct tactile quality assessments
- coordinate and communicate with team members
- maintain active physical presence and hands-on floor leadership
- organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
- perform essential functions and duties as outlined in the Team Member role
