Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Tactile sensitivity for quality assessment
  • Visual and auditory observation skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct quality assessments with fine motor skills
  • Engage in verbal team communication for coordination and coaching
  • Observe and assess performance ensuring adherence to standards
  • Maintain active physical presence in the kitchen workspace
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential functions of the Team Member role
