Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs including cases and bags of produce plus protein
- Tactile sensitivity for assessing quality and completing detail-oriented tasks
- Visual and auditory observation skills to maintain attention to detail and environmental awareness
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings with food safety knowledge
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Effective communicator and team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred
- Knowledge of local and sustainable ingredients preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency while ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
- Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
- Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and electrical devices
- Conduct tactile quality checks to assess product standards
- Communicate effectively with team members for coordination, coaching, and documentation
- Observe and assess team performance to maintain operational quality and adherence to standards
- Maintain an active floor presence by engaging in hands-on tasks and supporting the team
- Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
- Perform all essential functions and meet minimum requirements outlined in the Team Member role
