Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift items including cases and bags of produce plus protein up to approximately 40 pounds
  • Tactile sensitivity to assess quality and complete detailed tasks
  • Visual and auditory observation skills to maintain attention to detail and environmental awareness
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • Familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients (preferred)
  • Commitment to quality, organization, and time management

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency while ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and electrical tools
  • Conduct quality assessments requiring tactile sensitivity and fine motor skills
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination, coaching, and documentation
  • Observe and assess performance to maintain operational quality and standards
  • Maintain active floor leadership by remaining hands-on and visible
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential team member duties as required
