Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs including cases or bags of produce and protein
  • Maintain tactile sensitivity to assess quality
  • Maintain visual and auditory attention to detail and environmental awareness during operations

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings with food safety knowledge
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail with commitment to quality
  • Effective communicator and team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • Knowledge of local and sustainable ingredients preferred
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively including ovens and hot tools
  • Conduct quality assessments requiring tactile sensitivity
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination and coaching
  • Observe and assess team performance ensuring operational quality
  • Maintain active floor presence and participate in hands-on tasks
  • Organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • Perform all essential functions as outlined in the Team Member role
