Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • Ability to lift items up to approximately 40 pounds
  • Tactile sensitivity to assess quality and perform detail-oriented tasks
  • Maintain visual and auditory awareness in operations
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in kitchen or restaurant settings with high-volume food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen management tools and inventory systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • Measure, cut, organize and meet product standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct quality assessments with fine motor skills and tactile sensitivity
  • Engage in verbal communication with team members for coordination and coaching
  • Maintain active floor leadership and visibility
  • Organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • Execute all essential team member duties
