Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • tactile sensitivity for quality assessment
  • visual and auditory observation skills
  • availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • 18 years of age or older
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • food handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • experience with kitchen management and inventory systems preferred
  • familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients is desirable

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with focus on quality and consistency
  • ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, and organize ingredients while maintaining product standards
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively including ovens and electrical tools
  • conduct tactile quality checks to maintain food standards
  • communicate clearly with team for coordination, coaching, and documentation
  • observe and assess team performance to uphold operational quality
  • maintain active presence on the kitchen floor while engaging in hands-on tasks
  • organize workflow, anticipate demand, and manage tasks efficiently
  • perform essential functions and duties as a Team Member
