Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • tactile sensitivity for quality assessment
  • visual and auditory awareness during operations
  • availability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in kitchen or restaurant settings with high volume
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • attention to detail
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • conduct tactile quality assessments
  • communicate with team members for coordination and coaching
  • observe and assess team performance
  • maintain active physical presence on the floor
  • organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • execute all essential Team Member duties
