Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Team Member role
  • lifting ability to handle cases and bags weighing up to 40 pounds
  • tactile sensitivity for quality assessment tasks
  • visual and auditory observation skills for operational awareness
  • availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience in high-volume settings
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • effective communication skills
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • experience with kitchen management tools and inventory systems
  • familiarity with local and sustainable ingredients
  • ServSafe or Food Handler certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
  • ensure smooth operations across all shifts
  • measure, cut, organize, and ensure product standards are met
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • conduct tactile quality checks
  • engage in team communication for coordination and coaching
  • observe and assess performance ensuring adherence to standards
  • maintain active floor presence with hands-on leadership
  • organize workflow and manage tasks efficiently
  • perform all essential functions of the Team Member role
