Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Responsible for communicating and supporting the company mission, vision, and values
- Help resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and effectively
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays as needed

- Responsible for ordering or assisting the Manager with ordering food related items
- responsible for conducting or assisting the Manager with cost counts
- responsible for ensuring that the proper amount of food is available, and that waste is monitored, controlled, and accounted for daily
- Prepare food orders, including conducting a quality check to ensure customers’ orders are correct
- Maintain high standards of food service cleanliness and sanitation, food quality, and food and equipment safety by following appropriate policies and procedures
- Ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to Kitchen Manager and store management
- Follow the correct vendor check-in procedures as defined in the operations manual and trained by manager
- Monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours and report any issues to Kitchen Manager and store management team
- Complete all shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and timely
- Responsible for following all company policies, rules, and procedures
- Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with customers and fellow employees
- Assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
