Job Duties
- Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD)
- act as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen
- uphold all company values and service standards at all times
- assist with conducting pre-shift huddles
- achieve operational directives
- communicate problems or issues to the MOD
- communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management
- perform restaurant opening and closing procedures
- work with team to accomplish targets
- ensure the safety and health of employees and guests at all times
- perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
