Job Requirements
- Completion of a high school or general equivalency diploma
- must complete Feeding Program training
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods
- willingness to do routine, specific-instruction work
- able to work in warm, moist atmosphere
- must wear hair nets and rubber gloves when handling food

Job Duties
- Serve patients meals on centralized food line
- wash dishes and silverware
- serve food in dining room
- assist in cleaning work areas and equipment
- operate kitchen equipment such as toaster, juice machine, and coffee makers
- assist cooks with washing and peeling fruits and vegetables, making sandwiches, buttering bread
- maintain high standard of cleanliness in work and dining areas
