Job Requirements
- applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- four years experience in related trade fields including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment
- advanced skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC
- knowledge of building management systems
- knowledge of central plant and emergency power systems
- ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams
- ability to read blueprints
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of building management systems
- knowledge of central plant operations and emergency power distribution
- ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- ability to read blueprints
Job Duties
- perform advanced journey level maintenance tasks including upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, kitchen equipment, serve as lead worker during assigned shift
- ensure assignments are distributed and completed
- perform duties with minimum supervision
- provide advanced support to higher level management
- maintain buildings through major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance
- receive and execute work assignments via HotSOS
- notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of major repair needs
- coordinate work with outside vendors as directed
