Job Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent plus four years experience in related maintenance fields
- Proven advanced skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair
- Knowledge of building management systems
- Understanding of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- Ability to read blueprints

- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Perform advanced journey level, lead and specialized trade tasks including upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, kitchen equipment and general maintenance
- Act as lead worker for assigned shift ensuring assignments are distributed and completed
- Perform duties with minimal or no supervision
- Provide advanced support to higher level management staff
- Maintain buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance
- Receive and complete work assignments via HotSOS and work orders as directed
- Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager about major repair or equipment addition needs
- Contact and coordinate work with outside vendors as directed
