Job Duties

  • Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned
  • Manually wash larger items as needed, including pots and essential kitchen tools
  • Keep work area organized and uphold high standards of cleanliness in dish storage
  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks to contribute to a smooth workflow
  • Regularly dispose of kitchen waste to maintain a tidy environment
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary
