Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant
- thoroughly wash and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- manage trash disposal in the kitchen and other areas
- assist cooks with preparation and support tasks, including making our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
- prioritize the needs of guests and team members in all decisions
- adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols diligently
