Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equal to a GED
- Food Handler Certificate is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must speak and communicate in English
- Must be able to clearly communicate with guests, management and coworkers
- Must provide valid document(s) to work in the US
- Must meet legal age requirements for the position

Job Duties
- Ensure that clean and sanitary dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils are available for use as promptly as possible with little to no breakage
- Help maintain high levels of cleanliness while completing washing assignments
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
- Assist with stewarding responsibilities as required
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
