Job Duties

  • Provide effective leadership to the back of house team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Assist in developing team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce
  • Develop a plan and strategy for the kitchen to be good stewards of time, money, and equipment
  • Provide direction, coaching, and accountability for all the work performed by your team
  • Conduct job interviews for kitchen team member candidates
  • Conduct regular leadership meetings with Back of House Team Leaders
  • Ensure proper teams, initiatives, and systems are in place to produce fast and consistent food and service quality, food and restaurant safety, kitchen cleanliness, and overall security
