Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred
- good communication skills in English
- proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset
- familiarity with kitchen products, packaging, display, and promotions
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- ability to interpret product labels accurately
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- self-motivated and accountable
- able to work independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- manage daily operations and staff performance to meet department goals
- oversee product ordering, pricing accuracy, and proper labeling
- supervise and support junior team members ensuring fair task distribution and adherence to checklists
- provide coaching, training, and guidance to promote continuous learning
- maintain product quality, food safety, freshness, and proper FIFO practices
- conduct quality checks, inventory control, and ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- promote teamwork and an inclusive work environment
- actively participate in hands-on duties within the Kitchen Department
- fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
