Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- must have current car insurance with the driver's name listed as an authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied
- must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while obeying traffic laws and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and reach items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with constant standing and walking often in extreme weather conditions
- must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a busy kitchen environment
- must be available to work during peak busy days such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or delivery preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and responsibly
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- deliver treats to customers quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicle
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example in all roles
