Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle for deliveries when company vehicles are occupied
- no motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles allowed for deliveries
- must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely following all traffic laws
- able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and reach items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with prolonged standing and walking often in extreme weather conditions
- must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen
- must be available to work on busy days such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a food service or delivery role is a plus
- valid driver’s license for delivery drivers
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- deliver treats to customers quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicles
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to customers during deliveries and walk-ins
- assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example in all roles
