This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant managed by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but it is its own independent company and employer. Employment decisions such as hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Therefore, as an employee, you will be directly employed by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA.
