This franchisee holds a license to operate McDonald's branded restaurants, utilizing its logos, trademarks, and world-famous food products. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to undergo training and development programs
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- follow all food handling and sanitation procedures
