Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a separate business entity and serves as the direct employer of all restaurant staff. While operating under the McDonald’s brand and utilizing its logos and food products, this franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald’s USA does not have any involvement in employment decisions or application processes for this position.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old or 15 with a work permit
- Willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
- Ability to work part-time or full-time
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

- Help fellow crew team members make our customers their favorite McDonald’s meals
