Job Requirements
- Criminal background screening
- Ability to work part-time during scheduled hours
- Availability to work Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Excited to learn even without prior restaurant experience
- Open to changing roles on the fly
- Stay positive especially during busy times
- Be patient and understanding with resident requests or concerns
- Notice when things need to be cleaned and help keep the dining area tidy and safe
Job Duties
- Prep food as needed per the Culinary Director
- Talk to residents in a friendly way and share the daily menu
- Serve dishes to residents in a kind manner
- Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean and orderly
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow food safety rules
- Set up the dining room after each meal and maintain its appearance
