Job Duties
- ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
- collect and wash up pots and pans
- clean food preparation areas and equipment in addition to crockery and cutlery
- unload food and equipment deliveries
- keep the storeroom organised
- keep work surfaces walls and floors clean and sanitised
- assist the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
- ensure our guests receive an exceptional level of service and want to return
- anticipate guests’ needs and provide service to exceed their expectations
- comply with brand hotel and company operating standards
- adhere to departmental standards of performance
