Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years related experience or training
- must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification
- must obtain and maintain valid racing license
- ability to stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of gaming operations, rules, and regulations
- ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Greets each guest upon arrival and handles payment transactions
- sets up cash drawer and cashier supplies before shift
- ensures accuracy of cash register transactions and completes shift closeout procedures
- maintains assigned work area ready for service and follows quality service standards
- works various positions including cooking, serving, cashiering, bussing, and dishwashing
- prepares food items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in work environment
