Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three years related experience or training
  • must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification
  • must obtain and maintain valid racing license
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of gaming operations, rules, and regulations
  • ability to multi-task

Job Duties

  • Greets each guest upon arrival and handles payment transactions
  • sets up cash drawer and cashier supplies before shift
  • ensures accuracy of cash register transactions and completes shift closeout procedures
  • maintains assigned work area ready for service and follows quality service standards
  • works various positions including cooking, serving, cashiering, bussing, and dishwashing
  • prepares food items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in work environment
