Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of related experience and/or training
- Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification
- Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels and potential exposure to smoke

- Knowledge of gaming operations, rules, and regulations

Job Duties
- Greet each guest upon arrival and receive payments including cash, credit cards, or comps
- Follow cashier ordering process to ensure standards for order taking and guest experience
- Set up cash drawer and cashier supplies prior to shift
- Compute bills accurately on cash register, make correct change, and issue receipts
- Close register at end of shift by counting drawer and completing paperwork
- Return cash to main bank
- Prepare assigned sections or positions for service before opening
- Follow quality service standards and cost control measures
- Perform cooking, cashiering, serving, bussing, and dishwashing as needed
- Adhere to customer service and service sequence standards
- Complete all assigned side work before leaving shift
- Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- Prepare medium complexity hot and cold food according to established recipes
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including cleaning
- Follow safety and sanitation rules and enforce standards
- Prepare entrees, vegetables, salads, burgers, and desserts
- Coordinate advance food preparation using forecasts and headcounts
- Inspect all food to ensure quality and proper presentation
- Perform daily food temperature checks to ensure safety
- Store and document food items properly after service
- Clean work areas, equipment, dishwashing machine, wash dishes, and wipe down areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Remove and manage trash continuously
- Notify F&B Manager of supply needs
- Put away deliveries after receipt
- Demonstrate knowledge of fire and safety procedures
- Take precautions when lifting and using equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
