Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Food Handlers Card
  • Customer service experience desirable
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shift
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment
  • Follow recipe specifications and portion food products according to company standards
  • Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety
  • Fill and re-stock front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
  • Ensure all prepared food items are weighed, labeled, dated, packaged and rotated according to company standards
  • Take food orders in person and by telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with inventory, stocking, and product rotation
