  • one year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • ability to work under varying indoor and outdoor conditions
  • comfortable with repetitive movements, lifting up to 15 kilos, bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation in assigned area
  • ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all kitchen areas and adhere to cleaning schedules for equipment
  • minimize waste and manage portion sizes to maintain cost efficiency
  • create a safe, positive work environment and uphold a professional attitude with team members and management
  • keep kitchen boards and forms up to date and follow all company policies and procedures
  • interact with food and beverage management, attend daily briefings, and consistently strive to exceed expectations in food production
  • assist in any other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
