Job Requirements
- High school education
- Experience working in a kitchen environment, 1 year preferred
- Ability to work under varying indoor and outdoor conditions
- Comfortable with repetitive movements, lifting up to 15 kilos, bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching

Job Duties
- Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation in your assigned area
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all kitchen areas and adhere to cleaning schedules for equipment
- Minimize waste and manage portion sizes to maintain cost efficiency
- Create a safe, positive work environment and uphold a professional attitude with team members and management
- Keep kitchen boards and forms up to date and follow all company policies and procedures
- Interact with food and beverage management, attend daily briefings, and consistently strive to exceed expectations in food production
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
