Previous experience as a cook
familiarity with Italian cooking a plus but not required
knife skills and other utensil wielding
knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, baking, boiling
ability to follow all sanitation procedures
ability to work in a team
excellent communication skills
good physical condition and stamina
ability to lift heavy or awkward items or containers
ability to multi-task
