Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry
  • Successful experience in kitchen operation including line cooking, merchandising, ordering, inventory, and pricing
  • Complete training in kitchen operation
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work a schedule based on business needs
  • Authorized to work within the U.S

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food and display products carefully and neatly
  • Ensure product freshness and proper rotation
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with food product inquiries
  • Work with kitchen manager to plan daily meals or menus
  • Maintain sanitation standards and food safety practices
  • Control inventory, minimize waste, and manage leftovers
  • Monitor cooler and display temperatures and report refrigeration issues
