Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ability to work scheduled hours based on store needs
  • successful experience in kitchen operations
  • ability to follow instructions in English
  • physically able to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of professional cooking experience
  • completed training in kitchen operations
  • experience in line cooking, merchandising, ordering, inventory, and pricing
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food and display products in a clean and expedient manner
  • ensure all products are fresh, rotated, and well-stocked
  • maintain excellent customer service and assist customers with questions
  • greet, assist, and thank customers courteously
  • work with kitchen manager to plan daily meals and menus
  • guarantee product quality and presentation
  • process merchandise according to production and sanitation standards
  • rotate kitchen ingredients according to policy
  • actively control shrink and minimize waste
  • practice proper sanitation and food safety procedures
