Job Duties
- Create a diverse selection of dishes using standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Arrange work areas with necessary ingredients and tools
- Prepare ingredients by cutting, trimming, measuring, and blending
- Safely operate kitchen tools and appliances
- Prepare and cook dishes through various culinary processes
- Present and distribute meals according to appearance and quantity standards
- Abide by food safety protocols and properly store food
- Maintain hygiene of kitchen surfaces, machinery, and tools
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive mindset
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies
- Secure organizational properties
