Job Duties
- follow prep lists from chefs and help set up workstation each day
- wash, chop, slice, and dice veggies and other ingredients with care
- measure and mix ingredients to prepare sides, sauces, and simple dishes like salads and entrees
- handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling dishes
- keep the kitchen sparkling - wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash, and stay organized
- stock and label ingredients so everything is easy to find and ready to go
- follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines while having fun with your team
- jump in with other kitchen tasks as needed
