Job Duties
- follow prep lists from chefs and help set up workstation each day
- wash, chop, slice, and dice veggies and other ingredients
- measure and mix ingredients to prepare sides, sauces, and simple dishes
- handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling dishes
- keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and staying organized
- stock and label ingredients for easy access
- follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines while working with the team
- assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
