Job Duties

  • follow prep lists from chefs and help set up workstation each day
  • wash, chop, slice, and dice veggies and other ingredients
  • measure and mix ingredients to prepare sides, sauces, and simple dishes
  • handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling dishes
  • keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and staying organized
  • stock and label ingredients for easy access
  • follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines while working with the team
  • assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
